Once feasibility has been approved, the process continues with design to create the mould (for thermoplastics and die-casting alike).
During the mould making process, our technical department uses state-of-the-art 3D CAD programs to model the mould and create tool paths.
We perform virtual simulations of the injection process (CAE) and CAM job to make the necessary improvements.
Everything must be defined in detail because more precise processing makes better end products.
